I am a U.S. permanent resident and I will support my foreign
18-year- old sister as a full time student. I think I cannot
claim her as my dependent for she is not a U.S. resident. Is
there any part of my expenses (tuition, living expenses,
etc.) that can be deducted/ recovered?
