Tax blogs are not the best place to go. The best place is
at the library - either the BNA or the CCH income tax
reporters. They have digests of cases and indicate whether
the IRS acquiesced or not for each case.

If you do a google search of that word only for the domain
"irs.gov" you will come up with 703 hits.
