CCH reports that a initative to reduce personal
income taxes in 2009 and to eliminate said taxes
in 2010. Alas our compatriots in Tax-a-Chew-sits
have learned "Taxation WITH Representation" is
just another form of tyranny. ;)

I believe there were similar initatives in 2007,
but have no idea of what happened to them.
