My wife and I run a small c-corp out of our home. We are the
only employees of the corporation.

My wife is ill, (she previously did the books) and I'm
trying to piece this all together for her.

We are late on our payroll taxes for Q2 and Q3 of 2006. I'm
trying to figure out how to go about filing the W-2's on the
BSO website. Do I enter what we actually paid ourselves for
wages even though all 941's have not been filed yet? How
about actual tax payments? Since they are unpaid do I report
only what was paid, or what should have been paid?

I should have the 941's paid up within the next 2-3 months,
but that doesn't help much right now as the 1040's are
waiting also.

Thanks for your help,

Chris
