In Jan 07, I incorporated a business and need to pay
quarterly taxes.
I've been to
http://www.irs.gov/businesses/corporations/index.html and
cannot find the answer (tho I'm sure its there somewhere).
What is the form to use?
Thank you!

You can use a Federal Tax Deposit coupon, Form 8109, or you
can enroll in EFTPS. For more information on EFTPS, see IRS
Publication 966 and go to the EFTPS website.

If you have payroll, you'll have payroll taxes to pay. That
would include Form 941, and there may be the need to pay
federal unemployment tax and/or state unemployment tax. In
addition there would generally be state withholding tax to
be paid.
As far as the corporate income taxes go, the corporation may
need to make a quarterly tax estimate.
Both the federla payroll taxes and the federal corporate
estimated tax deposits can be made through EFTPS, electronic
federal tax payment system, or using form 8109 coupons
marked accordingly.
The fact that you seem clueless on this basic of topics
leads me to believe that you didn't seek the advice or
counsel of a tax or legal professional when you
incorporated. If you did, you should direct your questions
toward them, as they are more in-tune with you and your
business than anyone here is, and can therefore advise you
best.

Use form 1120-W (which is not filed) to compute the amount
of the quarterly deposits you need to make and Form 8109 to
accompany deposits made by check.
