I know people have to pay their residing state taxes even if
they incorporate their business in Nevada or Delaware. But
what if a foreigner living in other country and register the
business in Nevada/Delaware?
I'm asking this for my friend who wants to run an ecommerce
website. The idea is to register in Nevada and have the
goods shipped by some US small company.
So he'll pay the commission to the US contractor and the net
profits will be wire to his home country.
does this make any sense?
will it bring any trouble?
thanks in advance.
