Is there a way to allocate QTP taxable distrbution taken in
2006 (to cover the 2006-2007 academic year) over the
expenses incurred in both year 2006 and 2007?

I am aware of the 60-day rollover process, but it is more
than 60 days since Dec 31, 2006.
